2. Principle: data minimisation
This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal. It uses no tracking cookies, no analytics services and no ad networks. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server — no third-party content is loaded.
3. Server log files
When you visit this website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser (user agent) and status code. This data is required for operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted or anonymised after 14 days at the latest. It is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contact form and email contact
If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company and phone number, topic and message) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding).
Your request is stored on our server and additionally forwarded by email to our mailbox. To fend off automated spam submissions, we also store the IP address and time of submission. We delete requests once they are fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies
This website sets no cookies for tracking or marketing purposes. Technically necessary session data may be processed, which is not linked to any user profile. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
6. Data sharing
Your data is not shared with third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. For technical operations (hosting, email delivery), processors may be used in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, with corresponding agreements in place.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). Simply contact info@deep-platforms.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
8. Data security
This website is delivered over TLS (HTTPS). Our systems are regularly updated and secured according to the state of the art.
